Hello! I'm a music teacher, singer-songwriter, and do gardening/yard work in Boulder, CO. I like practicing meditation and studying Tibetan Buddhism. I give private guitar and ukulele lessons. I enjoy meeting new people. I am considerate, easy going, tidy, and respectful. I've also been involved with environmental activism over the years. I'm half-Mexican and have been studying Spanish.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
I think it's a very cool and human way for people to experience lodging while traveling. I've enjoyed hosting people on Couchsurfing in my apartment when I lived in New Mexico, and had very positive experiences. I also had a great experience as a guest in Chicago. I recently got my own studio apartment in Boulder, CO, and so am interested making my space available for hosting again.

I was the cook for a 3 & 1/2 year Buddhist meditation retreat in northern California.

Happy to teach guitar or ukulele, help with gardening, walk dogs, do other odd jobs. I'd be interested to learn about you and what your interests are. If you like meditation, music jamming, listening to music, I'd be down for doing those things together. Happy to play guitar/sing for you.

Hosting a guest is very generous. I'd be keen and happy to return the favor. I have a lot of experience doing odd jobs for people, such as yard cleaning, gardening, weeding, cooking meals, window cleaning, dog walking, etc. Also, if you have an interest in guitar or ukulele, I'd be happy to freely give lessons during my stay. I'd be happy to return the favor and host you in Boulder.
Mis intereses
Music has been my main hobby for many years, although I used to spend a lot of time drawing portraits. I love songwriting, and have self-produced a couple albums. Meditation is an important part of my life.
