I can imagine that through couch surfing it’s easier to meet locals and make some unique experiences e.g. through interesting conversations

I travelled through some countries in South-East-Asia and was just amazed by the people and their culture. Same for Morocco where I studied and lived about half a year. I‘m also a big fan of the beautiful nature of this planet which made my stay at the national parks in the US just so marvelous :)
