Hello! I have just moved back to Ontario after having spent an incredible year learning to surf the coast of the Pacific Northwest, living in the magical town of Tofino, B.C., visiting/surfing with friends in Spain, and travelling to the Valley of Kings from Luxor to Aswan. I am 27 years old, Canadian, born in Egypt, and emigrated when I was two (so you could say I was born with itchy feet). I'm always down for anything, and absolutely love being outdoors. I laugh at my own jokes, hiccup once when I'm full, and take photos to express my appreciation of a place or a person.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
It started when I decided I was going to travel alone last year in Australia. Long story short, while searching for a rideshare, I met the coolest chick (from Vancouver) named Cassie. We rented a van and hit the east coast, from Sydney to Cairns. By the end of our trip, we had almost no money, but an intense pull to see Melbourne. That's when I looked into Couchsurfing, and came across the most incredible group of 20-somethings, sharing a house they called Crunchytown. Knowing I wouldn't have met them (or gotten to see their awesome city) if it weren't for CS really makes me so appreciative of everyone that hosts. Hopefully one day I'll be able to pay it forward by hosting fellow travellers.

Una cosa increíble que he hecho
I survived typhoon Haiyan after it devastated the Philippines, and was fortunate to be in the position to assist Canada's Disaster Assistance Response team in delivering relief aid to the hardest hit areas. In more FUN ways...surfing in Tofino, skydiving (and scuba diving) the great barrier reef, Nile cruising, watching the sun rise behind Angkor Wat, and sneaking backstage at countless music festivals.

Lo que puedo ofrecer a los hosts
I am more than happy to lend a hand with whatever is needed! I can also share some of my greatest experiences, and photos (that I will likely also take while staying with you). Also, I like to think I'm not completely hopeless in the kitchen.
