I'm sweet, funny, and kind of a nerd. A passionate vegan cook, a proud cat mother of three, and a little bit of a homebody (so I don't use CS very often, but when I travel, I go hard -- New York, Merida, Tokyo, and now Brazil!)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
Because it's an amazing opportunity to meet incredible kind souls from all over the world, and to travel without borders (almost).
Música, películas y libros
There is no way I'm not going to mention it to you at least once if we meet, so I'm going to let it out now -- I love the Beatles. I love other artists too, but this band has been my special interest for quite a few years. And Paul McCartney... don't even get me started. The book I'm currently reading is Humankind: A Hopeful History. My favorite show is The Office, which I quote annoyingly often. And my top movie of the past 5 years is We Are Little Zombies, which is not at all what you'd expect from the title.
Una cosa increíble que he hecho
Seven years ago I went vegan, and it's one of the best, truly life-changing decisions I've made <3
Enseña, aprende, comparte
We could cook all sorts of vegan meals and talk food history and culture. I'd like to pick your brains and learn little travel life hacks from all over the world, as well as culinary traditions (especially cruelty-free ones). I'm all for sharing – whether it's fun stories and experiences or a place to stay :)
Mis intereses
I love researching random topics, but lately my deep dives they've been focused around food history. And I love making food-related content, specifically for my Instagram cooking show, Baby Vegan Kitchen :) I also love my three cats, reading non-fiction books, playing ukulele (I'm also learning piano and bass) and, of course, traveling... if only once every few years. And, of course, I love The Beatles!
