In my early 20s I worked at a gym and gained a lot of knowledge about the human body and healthy food. Now I have 6 years of experience in this health and fitness topic. But a healthy lifestyle isn't just good food and some workouts. It is the state of your mind wich decide if you are healthy or not. I learned a lot about psychology in the last 3 years and created myself a lifestyle I really enjoy now. I love to talk about growing as a person and how we can live the life that we want to.
