In December 2015, I left California for a 6 week medical mission trip on the border of Thailand Myanmar- 6 weeks turned into 6 months when I didn't get on my flight home. :) Now I’m at close to four years at the road, and as of the beginning of 2019, I can call myself a digital nomad! My first time out of the country was Europe in the summer of 2014. I was born in California and am absolutely loving being abroad, and exploring other cultures and different parts of the world. I graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology, but am not currently sure what I want to do once I return home to the "real world", or if I even will. ;) At this point, traveling is what feels right and I'm listening to that feeling! I speak English, really want to become fluent in Spanish, know a little Italian, and taught myself a bit of Hebrew while in Israel.
