I want to meet local people on my travels so I can get the most out of this experience! I just learned about couchsurfing and think it is great. I hope to stay with some people while I am in Europe and while I can't host anyone in my student flat in Dublin, I would love to start hosting when I have my own place after returning to the US

I like country and rap music, but I will listen to pretty much anything with a good beat. Books are my weakness! With a good book, I can just curl up and stay there for hours until the book is done. I really like the author Mary Higgins Clark, who is nicknamed 'Queen of Suspense' for her murder mystery books. I've also read Harry Potter books and many other random novels. As cliche as this may sound, I do enjoy the occasional chick flick that I can curl up and cry to, but I also like scary movies that keep you on the edge of your seat (followed by a comedy if you are watching it before bed, of course)
