I think every place is worth to see, to experience a new culture and see what this place has to offer is a really special thing. My preferance for couch surfing is that it is a great opportunity to have an authentic taste of this destination. A great way to meet people who are generous enough to open their homes and hearts to a stranger/a friend they have not met yet. I have enjoyed this way of travel best, whilst not using couch surfings it has been a similar approach. I have have travelled staying on friends couches or friends of friends couches throughout many countries. When I travel what I do normally is to meet and talk with locals and ask them where could offer an authentic experience for me in this place. I like it better, the touristic places are good to see bit I find that they are all quiet similar and are normally more expensive and not as good a quality. Preferentially I like to share a meal in someones house to get a real look at, taste of their culmture and customes. This is why I feel couch surfing is a good fit for me.

My musical preferance is funk rock. The Red Hot Chilli Peppers are my favourite band. I have had the unexpected privalage of attending a small concert where James Brown performed in Stockcolm in 2008. I also enjoy to listen to the Foo fighters; Kings of Leon; The Beatles; Snow Patrol; Thin Lizzy; Sound Garden; Pink Floyd; Nickleback; Nirvana; Rage Against the Machine; Whitesnake; Killers; Manic Street Preachers; Artic Monkeys; Sex Pistols; Alice Cooper; The Black Keys; Peqrl Jam; Alice in Chanes; Guns & Roses; Green Day; Queens of the Stone Age; Coldplay; Muse; AC/DC; Led Zeplin; Radiohead. My favourite film is the Shawshank Redemption. I have not read too many books but am getting opportunity to do it more often these days and enjoy it a lot.
