I'm a travel-loving, politically-passionate, book-bingeing, New Yorker! :) Currently, I'm a software engineer at Google. Last summer I worked at an NGO in Chennai, India that focused on LGBT advocacy and education, and I'm totally missing the life abroad (though NYC ain't too shabby either). I'm into social activism and discussing politics and social cultures around the world.

I really want to get to know other adventurers around the world! All of my CS experiences so far have been with incredible people who have taught me new ways to look at the world and travel. Having meaningful conversations with different people is a big life goal for me.

If you speak French or are interested in practicing English or Tamil, I would love to share languages and learn from you! I want to learn about and discuss politics and cultures different from my own American experience. I have a lot of enthusiasm for anything historical or cultural about different places and I love getting to know people and share some of myself.

A really open mind and an interest in pretty much anything you share about whatever you're passionate about. I love discussing ideas, cultural norms, hobbies, food, whatever. I am really interested in conversations and adventures with locals (since I'm new in Chennai too!)

I'm into craft beer (or most alcohols, really), historical movies, high fantasy novels, LGBT history, and hot cheetos. I have strong opinions about politics, current events, and dating apps. I love trying new foods and I'm (obviously) very into travel
