Currently I'm moving to Ireland (in May) so I'm urgently looking for some temporary accommodation! I'm a nice and quiet person, enjoying philosophy and introspective reflection. I'm also an academic researcher interested in media studies, focused mainly on the history of visual media (including film, video games and new media). So I enjoy good talk and a constructive discussion! I have lived in Poland for my entire life, so I definitely look forward to visiting other countries, as many as possible!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
One thing I love the most is travelling. I love the feel of being on an adventure, free and independent. Meeting new people and maybe making friends in the process is simply the greatest thing in the world. So I'm here for unforgettable experience, beautiful memories and great people!
Música, películas y libros
I listen to a great variety of music, my collective playlist on Spotify has around 1000 hours now! It includes psychill, psydub, folk rock, post-rock, world fusion (mongolian throat singing anyone?), jazz... I like variety! As for movies, I simply can not name my favorite. Because of film studies, I have seen literally thousands of them. It would be easier to name a favorite director (that could be Michael Haneke or Wong Kar-Wai) or some art movements/aesthetics (like slow cinema or mind game movies). But I think the one movie that had the biggest impact on my life was "Into the Wild." Hence couchsurfing ; ) When it comes to literature, I enjoy Joseph Conrad, Jack London, and Charles Dickens. Also some sci-fi, by Philip K. Dick for example. But the most important book in my life would be "The Selfish Gene" by Richard Dawkins :)
Una cosa increíble que he hecho
• I have learned mongolian throat singing. • I've run a 24 km (~15 mile) marathon with barely any preparation. • I have also walked 60 miles on foot while taking a hitchhike trip to the sea in Poland.
