WHY I'M COUCHSURFING Because I deeply believe in the power of sharing. Because the best way to experience a place is from the inside—with its people, its food, its customs. I don't want to be a tourist, I want to be a part of it. I'm very interested in building human networks, not just looking for a place to sleep for free. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING When I'm in Chile, I happily welcome travelers to my beachfront property (I have Tiny Houses and plenty of space if our paths cross). I like it when the exchange is genuine: not just arriving and sleeping, but also exchanging ideas, walking together, or cooking something shared. When I travel, I seek exactly that from the other side: not just a place to stay, but a space for connection, exchange, and presence. EXPERIENCE WITH COUCHSURFING I have years of experience as a host and guest. I started with the SERVAS project over a decade ago, and during a long trip through Europe and the United States in 2000, I shared a roof with over 60 families. This experience transformed my life. I joined Couchsurfing as a host in 2010, but I had few requests. Now I want to fully activate that traveling part.

I used to be a hardcore metalhead 🤘🏼, but now I listen to everything: ambient, bossa nova, introspective electronica… I love music that takes you to other places. I've been reading more and more, from essays to introspective narratives. I'm a fan of documentaries that blow your mind and leave you thinking for days.
