It starts with curiosity, confusion and epiphanies. Enter poetry, dance and staying highly attentive. End with integration, thankfulness and a scoop of ice cream. I enjoy both loneliness and the presence of other people. I enjoy having a comfortable silent moment with other people. I take my time with daily things. The process is sacred.
