I am interested in traveling more in the near future, and my brother, who has traveled extensively, recommended Couchsurfing as a way to meet cool people in new places.

I listen to a wide range of music and enjoy most everything except songs that I have just heard one too many times. When it comes to movies, I like sci-fi/fantasy, comedy, and animated films. And the Muppets. Horror movies give me nightmares. My taste is pretty much the same for books, and I read a lot of them.

Let's see... Last year I built a special prosthetic leg for use with a swim fin, went to Maui, and went scuba diving with it for the first time. It was awesome!
