I have traveled locally quite extensively. India is a diverse country, and there is so much variety. I have come to learn and recognize this diversity/variety in culture, language, food, geography and yet there is so much similarity I see. We could discuss this more when we meet :) Or I could take you around for a culinary exploration. And may be hand out some local delicious recipes.
