In the summer of 2016, a friend and I meandered over 5,000 between LA and Roanoke, VA taking pictures as Stormtroopers in tribute to the original Star Wars film. We posted many of our photographs to a Facebook page called "Searching for Droids".

Buzzfeed.com is a great resource for planning itineraries off the beaten path. Snacking for breakfast and lunch saves both money and time on vacations. Dinner, in my opinion, is the best meal to splurge on followed by lunch if you're willing to have a smaller dinner.
