Clean Out Your Freezer Day is an annual event hosted by Hunters for the Hungry Louisiana that encourages residents to donate properly packaged, labeled, and dated frozen game, fish, and other proteins. These donations are collected at various drop-off locations across the state to help combat hunger by being distributed to Louisiana's five major food banks and their partner agencies.
