After 9 prior occasions in Ireland, Germany, Poland, Austria and Scotland, our allied CS invasion squads from Utrecht, Leipzig, Bedminster Bridge and many more have decided to unite in Braunschweig (a.k.a. Brunswick) for a long weekend full of fun, friendship and "safety shots". Locals and travelers, feel free to join us! We're aiming to explore the best Christmas markets in the area and possibly hike in the nearby Harz mountains. We plan to enjoy Glühwein, Bratwurst and some local beers. First meeting point: The large Christmas pyramid in the market around Burgplatz, message if you can't find us. 9pm Ugly Xmas Sweater Bar crawl Starting point: EAT Grill & Bar (Kohlmarkt 2) This might include stupid bar games and ten more shots. And ten more. We might move on to a club later that evening, message if you want to join later. Saturday 29 Nov 10:45am Mystic market - Daytrip to Goslar Meeting at Braunschweig main train station (inside, main hall). We plan to take the 11:05 train so please be on time to arrange group tickets etc. We travel to the nearby Harz mountains, do a small hike (about 2.5 hours) and finish at the medieval Christmas Market in Goslar. Later return to Braunschweig 7pm Christmas Dinner There's no Xmas season without Grünkohl (kale). Even if it is called Braunkohl in Baunschweig. Several restaurants serve this speciality - apparently none of them is big enough to host us all. So let's feast in small groups and reunite later to party. 10pm To Party!
