Maron organisiert und leitet spezifische Fortbildungen zum Thema „LSBTI im Kontext Arbeitswelt“, beispielsweise für Menschen in Bitburg. Seine Arbeit zielt darauf ab, Sichtbarkeit und Schutzräume für queere Menschen zu schaffen und Diskriminierung am Arbeitsplatz entgegenzuwirken. Die Fortbildung mit Vincent Maron findet am 11. Mai 2026 im Mehrgenerationenhaus (MGH) in Bitburg statt.
