About

Ready for an adventure, Let’s go on a night hike. Relax and have a couple of drinks once we get to the springs! The Arizona Hot Springs Trail is 5.1 miles round trip and involves a significant amount of elevation loss (750 feet) and gain. We will basically walk down and back up from the Colorado River. We’ll camp over night at the site. The water in the Arizona Hot Spring has been heated by the natural geothermal temperature conditions of the earth. This heated groundwater moves to the surface through faults and fractures in the rock and discharges at an estimated rate of about 30 to 50 gallons per minute. The water temperature of the spring ranges from 111 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Directions: From the Lake Mead Visitor Center, follow US Hwy 93 east 8.4 miles (4.2 miles past Hoover Dam). Watch for the sign to the trailhead. If you are coming from Kingman, Arizona, the trailhead is .2 miles before the mile marker 4. Address: US-93 S, White Hills, AZ 86445 Las Vegas, NV, USA
