Hello there!
Join me at open water swimming session:) This event is for advanced swimmers, people who are very confident in open water.
Plan is:
- 15 min of warm-up before water
- 30-45 min of swimming(depends on conditions of sea and swimmers)
I will help you to improve:
- crawl technique in open water
- orientation
+some extra tips for future participants of open water races.
Meeting point is entrance #3 Playa Las Teresitas Please, take with you:
swimcap, goggles, buoy(I have extra one), bottle of water.
After training we go for a team breakfast(if you wish:).
