Reflection Walk & Talk

Hola Lima! Let's go for a mindful and reflective walk. BE ON TIME! as it is a walk, we will not be able to join later. We meet at Larcomar and will walk along the Malecón during the event. We meet in a park for an after-work walk. I'll bring reflective questions and you will have the chance reflect on your own and discuss in a supportive community. Why join? > The questions are invitations to think about your life and career from new perspectives. > You get more insights from reflecting with others than on your own. > Some of these questions are easier to discuss with acquaintances than with close friends. > You will probably get your daily step count! How to prepare? > Wear comfortable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing > Bring water and/or snacks with you > There is no official toilet along the way > You will have to carry your backpack I hope to walk with you soon!
