Publication dans Cardiff - General Couch Requests (and Emergency too)

Hi I'm Humberto from Colombia and am experiencing an issue with respect my bank account, it seems to be blocked due to an unkown reason. Plus, I have no mobile data on my phone in order to communicate it to my card vendor, so it woud be really helpful if any of you give a hand by hosting me due to I'm running out of cash and don't know when I will recover my account's ussability neither know anyone in Cardiff who can give me support.
