Hagi Sofia, Topkapi Palace, Sultan Ahmet Mosque, Grand Bazaar. They are really close to each other. You should visit all of them for sure. Dont forget to visit Maiden's tower and Galata tower. Have Fun

First of all I suggest to buy a "museum card". http://www.muzekart.com/en/museum-pass This card will provide access to most of museums in Turkey. It's a cheaper option if you want to visit most of them. And here is a list for all museums you can go. http://www.muzekart.com/en/museum-pass/advantages_29.html

If you look for a place to drink I recommend Bomonti Beer Factory. It's an old beer factory and now it has great pubs in it.

Oh by the way if you want to see city view I suggest you Galata Tower, Sapphire Mall's terrace. And use the ferry for crossing to Asia side.

You're welcome :) Istanbul has many shopping malls. But I will recommend just 3 of them. I'm pretty sure they will be enough for you. Cevahir Mall, Zorlu Center and İstinye Park. These three malls are kind of close each other. You can find all of big brands in these malls. Most of salesmen can speak Arabic and English.

Blue Mosque, Old Roman cister (Basilica Cistern), different Bazaars. If you are up for food, just go for Foursquare, it goes quiet truthful for Istanbul. Same for pubs and clubs. 10 Days if enough to visit even some more distant places, I think Yalova is very nice and you can take ferry from Yanikape to Yalova for 21 TRY, goes every 2 hours as early as 7:30
