Private bedroom for rent in three bedroom, two bathroom basement (you will share the bathroom with only one person). The suite is large (1500 square feet), and includes a separate living room, and laundry room.

Your bedroom already has a queen sized bed. We are okay with removing it if you have your own furniture. The rest of the house and kitchen is fully furnished.

Laundry is in the suite. Parking is on the street. Two busses are nearby. Close to the skytrain. Lots of trails nearby.

We are essentially a no alcohol house. No drugs or smoking please. We're mostly in our rooms, with a bit of time cooking in the kitchen.

We are looking for someone calm, and respectful. Income verification is required. Rental is short term or month to month, 1/2 month damage deposit. Please email us with a little information about yourself, and what you hope your living situation will be like.

We try to keep our rooms and space clean. Houseplants are welcome though! :)
