You will have 24 hour access to the building though the main lobby. We also are available at anytime to help with whatever we can 24/7. Upon your arrival to Lima, we will be waiting for you in the apartment 24/7 to transfer over the keys.

• The building is smoke free building. • For the consideration of people who live in the building, we do not allow parties. • We do not allow guest using pot/weed or drug of any kind. • For the consideration of people who live in the building, we expect that you keep the music at low volume and respect the other tenants of the building.

LIVING IN MIRAFLORES:

The condo is located in the tourist / executive area of Miraflores Lima PERU. Steps from the seawall where you can see the best ocean view & sunsets and Kennedy park, close to malls, restaurants, coffee shop, banks, cinemas, artisan market. Minutes from Larcomar and the best tourist areas. Furthermore, the apartment is a few minutes walk from the beach and parks. In both places you can practice several outdoor sports such as paragliding, yoga and more. Miraflores is the safest area in Lima with police on every corner and security cameras on the streets.

This is a fantastic space in the heart of Miraflores! The location is ideal as there is so much to do and see within walking distance. The condo itself has huge windows with plenty of natural light to enjoy the views.

BOOK THE DEPARTMENT:

We not require a national / international wire or bank transactions in advance. The booking is made via e-mail in order to confirm the dates you want for the department.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL:

We will be waiting in the apartment 24/7. Payment will be made upon your arrival by cash or by bank transfer. We handover the keys for the apartment after inspection / inventory with the host.
