Hey folks, I hope this message finds you well. I am making a road trip to Arrernte Country\Alice Spring late July. My sister lives and works and a Social Worker there for Children's Ground and its has been a trip 5 years in the making. I will allow 4 days to get there, I think going via the flinders ranges. I will ask even fuel contributions from everyone including myself of course. I like to stop 2 hours before dark at a pre planned free campsite and rest, build a fire, connect with the land and relax after many hours on the road. I have a station wagon and can fit 4 humans, a roof rack with plenty of gear. We will eat well, plenty of lamb and kangaroo, the tunes and stories will flow, we will stop for a swim in the Murray, drink plenty of coffee etc etc. Please get in touch if the trip sounds like something you would wanna join.
