The Canyon Within is an intimate weekend gathering at 1440 Multiversity designed for learning, restoration, and connection in nature. Guided by faculty member Tony Skrelūnas, participants engage in practices such as meditation, sound baths, forest walks, and journaling to foster personal wellbeing and reflection.
