I have a mixed background, with all that that implies (not really knowing where I am from, having an international perspective of life and speaking many languages, for example). I was born in Sweden, where I now live, but neither of my parents is Swedish; my mother is from Italy and my father from Bolivia (where I grew up). Therefore, my upbringing was a mix between pasta, quinoa and cinnamon buns. And maybe therefore I now have a great curiosity for new and different experiences, places and people. It might also be relevant to mention that I'm a vegan. However, my guests are more than welcome to cook and eat any food they like.
