CURRENT MESSAGE leben / be alive ABOUT ME coming from nowhere going to nowhere. only visit this Planet for a while.
Hey! I'm Bharath, studying in Germany right now. Honestly, I've been buried in university for so long I forgot what it felt like to just... go somewhere. So I hopped on my bike and I'm making my way to Prague right now, figuring things out as I go. I think I'm on this trip for more than just the riding, if I'm honest. I'm kind of using it to understand life a bit better , what I actually want, what matters, all of that. I like a good challenge too, the harder the day on the bike, the more I end up learning from it, somehow. I love real conversations, the kind that go somewhere unexpected. Meeting people who see the world differently than I do is probably my favorite part of traveling. HOnestly am not that particular in most of the things.. If you're up for a coffee, a chat about life, or even joining for a stretch of the ride, I'd love that. Looking forward to meeting you : )
Hello lovely people, I am Emi 21 years old, from Germany and currently studying Psychology. I love to explore the world through connecting with new people and new experiences together. I am interested about getting to know new cultures and just different ways of living.

I’m Felice, from Indonesia. I’m currently studying in Göttingen, Germany, for my Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s degree in European Studies. Would love to meet new people and exchange meaningful conversations about life in general :) I’m highly interested to learn other cultures and ways of life different from mine. I would love to host people as well but I’m living in a student dormitory, so it’s not quite possible for now 🥹 perhaps in the future? Reach me on instagram: @felicevlr
Not hosting rn. If anyone knows, please tell me how to update this in my profile I am a spontaneous person, and therefore welcoming for short notice requests. But text me anyway, and I'll try to help out. Peace 🕊️
CURRENT MISSION I recently moved to Goettingen with my Boyfriend Rüdi and we are now trying to figure out a new city. What to do, where to do it and most importantly: with whom. ABOUT ME I'm a very open and communicative person and I love to be in company. I'm one of those rare people who actually enjoy events with big crowds and a mass of people haha. Somewhat surprising to me, I just found out that I really like travelling solo because it makes me meet so many more people, especially via couchsurfing. Thinking in a (sometimes way too) positive way and always try to see the best in someone/something is definitely my thing so I'm that person who always sees a half full glass and thinks that everybody is at least "nice". Besides that I am open to try new things, I would love to describe myself as adventurous but I feel like that depends on your perspective. I can be quite active - if I want to! Horseback riding, diving, swimming, hiking (if the path is not only going up) are just some of the things I enjoy. Nothing wrong, too, with just hanging out on the couch, watching one episode after another on Netflix and enjoy your favourite snacks. PHILOSOPHY Don't worry, be happy. Or: Everything is better with cheese/ chocolate.
Hey, My name is Pauline and I am 29 years old. I am from Hamburg but I live currently in Kiel (northern Germany), where study marine geosciences (master level), because climate change and environmental protection was always very important for me. I am a nature enthusiast and love to spend some time in the mountains, either hiking, swimming, cycling or skiing. I love to go on adventures and discover new hidden places. I am very talkative and adventurous person. I like to try different sport activities and I am also up for deep talk or non-sense conversations.
I am interrailing with my best friend for 2,5 weeks in italy, and we would be so happy to meet some new people and get into the local life! I love to talk about food, music (I studied jazz trumpet) almost anything, so if you think we could get along let's meet. I would be so happy!!
Hey there, my name is Vici and at the moment I live in a smaller city near Hannover in Germany. In a few months my life will change a lot because I’ll move abroad. We all have just one life so we should use it. That is why I am open to new things and love trying crazy shit. In my freetime I love being active with different sports or meeting people.
Hello beautiful human being. I am Alena, currently studying Anthropology and Religious studies at the University of Göttingen, but i manage to travel from time to time. My studies do show my passion about other cultures, traditions, religions and spiritual practices and people. Beside my studies I also do a 2 year Yoga training to become a Yoga instructor. Although I feel strongly "Wanderlust" ( by the way a german term wandern- wonder around/hiking; lust- a drive for a passion) I dedicated myself to learn for the next 1 1/2 years as much as possible about my studies to be a help of the growing intercultural and interreligious relationships. I find it very important to increase the awareness of one another's culture and spiritual belief, to prevent any discrimination. Also Yoga is a big part of my life as it has helped me on my own spiritual journey to self realization and self consciousness Once I finished my studies I want to leave Germany again and travel 🙏🏽🌍 I am definitely full of hopes, dreams and desires to improve myself every day and increase my own awareness, love and compassion towards the world as it is a very important part of my relationship to the Divine (Allah/Jah/Brahman/God/Whatever you wanna call it). Besides all this I love to learn about other people's journey and life. Feel blessed and much love 🙏🏽🌌🙌🏽
Hey! I’m Ebrar, a Turkish girl currently living in Göttingen, Germany. I’m doing my Master’s in Mathematics (but don’t worry I promise I’m more fun than that sounds 🤓). Besides studying, I work part-time, explore cities, attend concerts, and try to live life to the fullest. I love deep conversations, spontaneous adventures, hidden local gems, and stories that stay with you. I’ve lived abroad for over 7 years, so I understand how it feels to be in a new place, meeting new people and cultures. Hosting or surfing is more than just a bed — it’s about connection, sharing, and kindness 💛
