I have a car and as long as you are willing to keep my gas tank full and be fair with other things i am willing to share Paradise with you. ---- ADVISE - When you arrive at the airport DO NOT EXCHANGE ALL YOUR MONEY THERE, YOU WILL GET A BETTER RATE IF YOU DO IT IN TOWN OR IF I DO IT FOR YOU. eg. at airport 1 usd = 135 jad ; in town 1 Usd =150 jad. so just change a small amount or wait until i pick you up i take you to a money changer near the airport. I charge for airport pickup still cheaper. Jamaicans will do anything for you but they like encouragement so feel free to leave a tip/contribution when someone helps you. Do not smile and say yes if you don't understand what someone is saying. Food and Transport is Expensive here. Taxis charge tourist different from Jamaicans and they dont know or care that you are a Couch-surfer. Life is Hard in Jamaica for Jamaicans especially now after the hurricane, if someone has time to share with you that means they dont have a job and they need money. I also think if you really wanna see Jamaica inside out like most couch-surfers do, its best to get a Jamaican driver to take you around, its more convenient, you see much more in a shorter time, stop when you want, take photos, go when you want. go to and leave parties anytime and so on. Its worth it and you will not regret it. I have my own car and i am willing to take you anywhere, my tours are way cheaper than the tour companies.
