HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I would love to start hosting as I have been very thankful for those who have hosted me on my trip aboard. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I joined a few years ago and have had some great experiences couchsurfing.---this site is such a brilliant idea! I have taken a hiatus from surfing but trying to get back into it.

Went on a very last minute trip for two weeks with my good friend to Europe with a suitcase and without a train pass or knowing were we were going to stay in Europe. It was a crazy experience but amazing at the same time!

Don't rely on the trains in Europe, anything can happen with the trains from strikes to the trains being full. So be very flexible with you're time and travels. My reservations for trains that need reservations as soon as possible trains with reservations fill up fast! Believe me, I had to pay an extra $200 dollars after trying to reserve a spot on a train from rome to france six days in advance.
