I graduated from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and taught English as a second language in South Korea for a year before travelling for 4 months in Asia. I am currently doing my post-graduate degree in primary school teaching at the University of Auckland in Auckland, New Zealand. I have a passion for travelling and love to be immersed into the local culture of each city and country I visit. I love music, sports, and meeting new people!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I have been hosted and hosted a few times. But it is a great way to meet people from the city you are visiting and couchsurfing is amazing! COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I have stayed on other people's couches a few times and it has been amazing and such a cool experience! I love to be able to experience the local culture of the city I am couch surfing in and this helps when you have a local to show you the ropes.

I hiked the Annapurna Circuit in October 2014 in Nepal. I didn't use any porters or guides, I just went with two friends and we trekked for 25 days, it was the best experience of my life and such a great way to explore a country.
