CURRENT MISSION to find nirvana while not looking for it ABOUT ME I was born in Moscow, grew up in Jerusalem, and now live in Tel Aviv, the craziest city in an already crazy country. I'm not too crazy though; I'm actually a rather balanced person. I like strong stuff if it's drinkable and mild if it's eatable. I like long flights, and even more so long train rides, but only if I'm by the window. I love big cities; couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I love being outside, in the city or in the mountains. I love listening, talking, arguing; I don't mind making a fool of myself. I love meeting people from all over the world. This is where CS comes in.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Meeting people is half the fun of traveling, but then if we can keep doing it at home, then why the hell not! Me & my wife will be happy to accommodate you travelers. Pack your courage and wits, leave all prejudice behind, and welcome to the Levant! COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Hosted quite a few times, and it was always great fun! Surfed a couple of times and had amazing experiences. I love CS.
Musique, films et livres
My favorite movie directors would be Jim Jarmusch, Federico Fellini, the Coen brothers, Emir Kusturica, Wim Wenders, Pedro Almodovar, Wes Anderson, Richard Linklater... And let's not forget Woody Allen. And Monty Python. Always look on the bright side of life!
Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
Traveled 500 km between Tokyo and Kyoto three times in two days; jumped a few meters into a pool in complete darkness inside a cave in Guatemala; got stuck without money at night on the streets of Tokyo after having spent everything on beers; hiked at night to a hunters' camping in Bulgaria to celebrate with them; ascended an active lava-spewing volcano; climbed from a window onto a roof of a hostel in Mexico to drink a bottle of tequila on my birthday, and then miraculously got back down again; watched a beautiful sunrise... anywhere in the world...
