Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I'd like to host surfers and I appreciate being hosted. who knows where I'll need a place to crash at any given time and I look at hosting the same way. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I've only surfed once but I have now hosted a bunch of times. Each time reinforces the notion that we should continue hosting. People are awesome.

snorkeling in the great barrier reef, white water rafting the upper gauley, backpacking in the grand canyon, climbing middle teton, skiing stowe, skipping through the redwoods.....

i hiked the appalachian trail from georgia to vermont in 2012, so i'd say that qualifies me as having solid long-distance backpacking knowledge
