ABOUT ME I'm a 23-year-old American trying to make it in Madrid teaching English--which, granted, hasn't been too bad so far! At the moment, my biggest goals are to learn Spanish and explore the world, and anything beyond will come in time. PHILOSOPHY I'm not a very urgent traveler. What I most love to do in a new place is to take it in at a leisurely pace, enjoying things as they come. I think small pleasures and great people connections make for the best trips. Of course, I like the occasional crazy night out as much as the next person!

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I can't host anyone in my tiny apartment at the moment, but I'm hoping to use this site for some upcoming travels. Hopefully I'll be able to pay the favor forward soon. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I've used couchsurfing a few times now, and I have had nothing but phenomenal experiences. My absolute best travels have been defined by the friends I've made along the way--good company has turned many trips from okay to fantastic. I'm always looking forward to the next trip, and mostly because I know I'll have a unique experience thanks to the people on couchsurfing.
Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
One time I saw Pierce Brosnan (aka James Bond) in an art museum... does that count?
Enseigner, apprendre, partager
English, Spanish, drawing stick figures big and small, some awesome American cookie recipes...
Ce que je peux offrir à mes hôtes
I will always offer to make a nice lunch or dinner in return--it's the least I could do. Also willing to practice any languages that I know (granted, not many... but English or Spanish!).
Mes centres d'intérêt
I love making art and going to art museums! Food, too--chocolate, coffee, wine, anything on a brunch spread... I've got to sample it all.
