Mes centres d'intérêt
I like to organize events linked to popular traditions, cuisine and and the rural culture of my country (Sadali) and of all Sardinia, as S'Incungia (harvest farmers) and the Festival of the Culurgionis (typical dish of Sardinia of pasta stuffed with potatoes). During traveling I like to go in search of folk traditions and enogastronomics aspects, about countries I visit. Especially I love the world of beer and everything that surrounds it (pubs, factories, etc.)
