HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I have hosted people and surfed and I've made lifelong friends through CS and it's been an amazing experience all around. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I've hosted a few incredible surfers when I was able, and I've slept on couches on 3 road trips across America in 2010 & 2012 (Chicago, NYC) and I've Couchsurfed on journeys all across Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, the continental US and Hawaii! Most of my experiences with CS have been great, the others have been a good learning experience at least!! **Note to male surfers and hosts: I do not view Couchsurfing as a dating site. I believe dating sites are for dating, Couchsurfing is for couchsurfing. I suggest trying out Tinder, OkCupid, eHarmony, etc for dating :) Please treat me like you would your sister... thanks :)
