I love any feel good, cruisy tunes, especially with latin influence, female vocalists with chill beats, classic jazz numbers, and a bit of everything else. (e.g. Buena Vista Social Club, Morcheeba, Zero 7, Ravi Shankar, Bill Evans trio) Some favourite movies include: The Big Lebowski, Barfly, Amelie, The Natural History of the Chicken, I <3 Huckabees and PBS documentaries Books.... Ascent of Humanity, Island, A Confederacy of Dunces, 1984, Cry the Beloved Country, essays by Michel de Montaigne, anything Bukowski, Huxley or Krishnamurti

reading. writing. listening. yoga. watching the world around me. walking the earth (preferably when not covered by concrete + ideally with my dogs). swimming in the ocean. taking pictures. eating, mostly fruits of the earth. trees. oh and chickens (the living kind:).
