CURRENT MISSION Enjoy life, make lots of music, explore, meet people ABOUT ME I am currently biking across the United States doing the transamerica bicycle route! I come from the small town of Philipsburg, Montana, but I did my undergraduate work in Bellingham, WA where I wrote my own degree mixing music and anthropology. I went on to study in North Carolina getting a Master's degree in Appalachian music! (what can I do with that? Well couchsurf of course!) I now work as a musician/singer (http://www.cotyhogue.com) and do various other jobs on the side. Fall of 2012 I spent three months traveling around Italy and had wonderful couchsurfing experiences! While I can't host anyone (still couchsurfing a bit myself), I would be glad to get together for coffee or recommend things to do in the area. PHILOSOPHY Live in the moment the most I can.
