CURRENT MISSION To grow old, be an adult, and die. No more. ABOUT ME I'm outgoing, bookish, I like to laugh, I love wine and conversation, talking politics, starting movements, expatriotism, building friendships around the world, and learning new languages. Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I am new to the site, but I will have a couch available to share once I get back from travelling this summer. Right now I'm looking for someone to host me in Athens, Greece. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I have been an exchange student in Ireland and Italy, but have not yet hosted. I don't live close to a major metropolitan area, but if anyone's visiting Baltimore I live about 10 minutes away, if you're visiting Washington DC I live near the train station and it's about 30 minutes from my house to DC.
Musique, films et livres
There are far too many media gems that are close to my heart to list. A brief sampling: Boom!, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, and Streetcar Named Desire. My favorite artists these days are Laura Nyro, Nina Simone, Magnetic Fields, MGMT, and Dead Can Dance. At the moment I am reading Secret History by Tartt.
Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
I ran a cabaret in Baltimore city for two seasons.
Enseigner, apprendre, partager
I read tarot cards, am an expert in English and can teach intermediate students, and I am a Permaculture enthusiast. I can also be a tour guide for you at any museum of Greek or Roman civilization, especially Bronze Age Mycenaean or Minoan, my speciality.
