HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Hosting and surfing as often as possible. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE CouchSurfed my way through half a dozen countries, then hosted for four years in downtown Nagoya.

Favorites include anything Bollywood or directed by Stanley Kubrick, Darren Aronofsky, Tim Burton, Wes Anderson, David Lynch, Guy Ritchie, Christopher Guest, Quentin Tarantino, Jim Jarmusch, etc. Books: Fiction, nonfiction, everything in between. Anything about history, politics, counterculture, etc.

Bathed in the Ganga River with a sadhu in Haridwar, India at sunrise, and watched the Perseids meteor shower from the summit of Mt. Fuji.
