Born and raised in the far west of Germany where the Sun buggers off to the Netherlands in the evening. Worked in a South African township for a year. Currently studying Economics and Politics in England. I am thankful for what I have and don't need much to be happy. I guess I'm a rather easy going person and get along well with almost all kinds of people.

What do think mate? To stay somewhere for free. Naturally. And its great to meet some new people in the process. People who host you are normally the personification of kick ass awesomeness.

Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
I hitchhiked from Harare, Zimbabwe to Cape Town, SA. About 3500 Ks. Felt like a hundred lifts. One of the greatest adventures I've been on so far.
Ce que je peux offrir à mes hôtes
I'd love to hear and tell some stories. I'd be happy to cook (though I do it only passably well). I'd love to talk politics. More than fine with people having fundamentally different opinions, of course. I'm normally up to whatever but wouldn't mind clearing off to the couch and shutting up either.
Mes centres d'intérêt
People. Travelling. Politics. Literature. Urban culture. Films and Series. Nature. A lot of stuff I guess. Things I love include dawn when I come back from a party, discussions about the political economics of development, the smell of freshly cut grass, people who are not afraid of looking silly and watermelons (who would honestly prefer honeydews?).
