I believe that you can't meet the native town soul by visiting classic local attractions, because real town vibe is hiding in small alleys and cozy places, only the people who live there can know about them. That's why I like to stay using couchsurfing than spend nights in hotel or something.

To my mind, music have to catch you and pass through a mystical world of sound and harmony, and if it's really good you will never lose your attantion until the set/song is over.
