ABOUT ME We are a laid back couple whom is excited about international experiences whether it be through travel, food, film, music, people, books, etc. Jen - I am a senior in college at Portland State University (majoring in Int'l Studies) and I also have a part-time job at an insurance company. Daniel - I work full-time for a bank. Yeah, pretty boring. PHILOSOPHY Live life to its fullest!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING We are new, but planning to surf, host, and hang out! COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE This is our first participation with Couch Surfing. We hope our experiences are positive.
Musique, films et livres
Jen - I probably like movies in the drama genre the best, but I also enjoy comedies, classics, documentaries, and "foreign" films of all kinds. I like many kinds of music...too many to choose from. I love to read, mostly non-fiction biographies, history, cultural studies...I'm currently reading Rosa Mistika, very, very slowly. Dan - My faves are probably documentaries, but I also enjoy dramas and comedies. Pretty open with music unless it's county (can't stand that). When it comes to books, I've been reading science fiction recently, but love fiction too. We have recently been watching a travel/food show on Netflix a lot. Huge Netflix users!!

Jen - I moved to Manhattan when I was 19 all by myself from a dinky little town in Idaho. I was pretty proud of myself :). It changed my life. Daniel - I'm still working on mine.
