My volunteering solo trip to Peru was one of the strangest, most worrisome, and most amazing times of my life. I worked at an after school English program for 3 weeks, spent one with a Quecha speaking native family in the Colca Canyon, a night on an island in Lake Titicaca, saw the Nazca lines and Machu Picchu. Also I finally went skydiving for a birthday! And flew a tiny plane, sort of :)

There are so many things I would love to learn that I wouldn't even know where to begin. As for things I may teach I feel there is little but many people have seemed to be more capable of finding things in myself than I usually have been.

My gratitude and a few stories if you can find the right way to get into it.

I love nature's beauty but I'm working to get myself more extensively tolerant of and desiring of it. I enjoy the imagination of fictional worlds and the supernatural and spend a fair amount of time in various shows and books. I've been getting more and more into trying out recipes and experimenting with cooking as well as new forms of exercise hoping I can find one I feel a good connection to and can continue for more than a few weeks. Lately, I've really been missing my Ultimate Frisbee with friends and volleyball.
