My wife and I enjoy showing people around Washington DC and hope they will return the favor with their home town. I tend to get along great with foreigners (even more so than with other Americans). I think maybe this is because their experiences are so different that I find them more interesting. Its OK if you are a liberal socialist and its OK if you are a strict conservative, its all about respecting other peoples opinions and experiences.
