I was lucky enough to live a total of nine years in Europe. It gave me the opportunity to travel, see wonderful countries and meet great people. It gave me the bug to travel more. I've been tied down with work and family for quite a while, but am now ready to start exploring the world again.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
Enthusiastic about meeting people in areas around the world, getting local insight, making friends and enhancing my travel experiences. I've met such wonderful people during my travels who've fed me, gave me a place to sleep and were generally helpful, without even a request from me. I know there are many genuinely nice people all over and I want to meet many more, whether it is hosting or surfing.
Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
Hiked two 14K peaks in Colorado. I had trouble with the elevation above 12K feet, but pushed on and completed the climb. Very satisfying for me to complete a tough goal!
Enseigner, apprendre, partager
Teach: I would be happy to help you learn more English if you are interested. I can also teach you skiing if it is the winter. Learn: It would be nice to learn your native language if it is other than English. Part of the exciting travel experience for me is being able to use at least a little of the local language! Learning more about how to use Couchsurfing effectively is also high on my list, as I'm new to this. Share: I like sharing life experiences and listening to anything other people want to share with me.
