HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I've had the luxury of hosting a few times and surfed for the first time this past November. I can't say enough about the experiences. I just keep adding to the list of people and places for me to visit. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I've surfed so far twice and have hosted a small handful of times. I wasn't so sure that I would get any requests living in a small town outside of Atlanta, but I've been surprised. I love being able to help others and hear their stories.

Backpacked through NZ on my own. Sky diving, river trekking, hiking, lived abroad for 3 years, tried to sky dive over a glacier (grr, wind!).

I am learning to open up more to others and come out of my shell. I love meeting outgoing people who force me to become that as well.
