CURRENT MISSION To explore myself in a totally new setting. I will not let someone else dictate the terms of what I will become. I work hard to accomplish my goals and support anyone who believes in themselves and is willing to work for what they want. We should always remember to appreciate those people who have loved us and supported us through it all. And remember that fun is okay, and definitely necessary! We should continue to expand our minds by traveling and meeting others who are alike and unlike us. Learn something new everyday. We should always strive to enrich our personal history.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I have just recently heard of couch surfing through a friend so I don't have many experiences. However, the experiences I have had were great. I met a lot of interesting people who genuinely want to meet people. I think that's awesome!

Books: Like Water for Chocolate, Harry Potter, My Life in France, Omnivore's Dilemma, Garlic and Sapphires, Fast Food Nation, Amazing Grace. Music: Everything (I am very eclectic) Movies: Finding Nemo, Julie and Julia, The Hangover, Wedding Crashers, The Notebook, Green Mile, Forrest Gump, UP, Despicable Me, Last Castle, Little Mermaid.
Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
I spent a night roughing it in the Amazon rain forest. I went with two native Brasilians. We took a boat to a spot on the river where we had to fish for our dinner and collect leaves for our plates. We slept hammocks. I was bitten by ants all night because my hammock sat above an ant hill. I was able to share this experience with my aunt, grandma, and sister.
