CURRENT MISSION I want to find a way to travel everywhere I want on a shoe string ABOUT ME I'm a recent college graduate and before I sign the next three years of my life away to law school I want to travel internationally. I've never done it and desperately want to see something other than the United States! I'm aiming to spend a month in England in July. My travel philosophy is to plan with the unexpected in mind. I like to know every detail but I also know when to throw the itinerary out and do something interesting. I like to party and enjoy everything from a local dive bar to a flashy club. Drinking, dancing and karaoke are three of my favorite hobbies, and usually in that order. I love to read and spent much of my undergrad studying either classical British or early American literature. I've also read a lot of folk literature, mainly German and French folk tales. I could talk about books to no end, and am always up for hearing others insights into books I have and haven't read. I really enjoy open air markets, live music, museums and a really good loaf of fresh baked bread. I'm not sure what else to include, you can always ask if you really want to know! PHILOSOPHY I am trying to move towards a place in my life where I am really living for myself. Not that I live for anyone else right now, but I know that I let limits set how and where I live. My biggest goal is to recognize my options, options that exist in every choice, thought and action of our lives. And to accept the options I've chosen without feeling too tied-down to one place.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Musique, films et livres
I really like TV and gravitate towards oddball characters, like Damian Lewis on the show Life or the movie Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. Books, I love. I try to read as much as possible and am doing my best to start reading more contemporary literature. But my favorites are the classics like Jane Erye, Wuthering Heights, anything by Jane Austen (it's a sin for a woman not to lover her) and the works of Shakespeare (not as tough as everyone makes them out to be). I read a lot of Nancy Drew when I was in grade school so I like to think I could solve a mystery if I had to, but probably not. I also love music. I played a couple instruments growing up and I always have music on whenever I can. I like everything from local acts to indie bands and more mainstream pop music. And I want to have Ludacris' baby, but who doesn't?
Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
I spent time on Pfeiffer Beach in Big Sur, CA and it is the most beautiful spot on Earth. I also graduated from college which kind of shocked me!

The only bit of info I can think of right now is that those travel deodorants you buy at the store can last you a very long time and save you space in your luggage.
